What MyPuppies.co Is

MyPuppies.co is a marketplace platform that connects puppy buyers with independent, verified breeders. We are not a breeder, pet store, or animal dealer. We do not own, breed, house, or sell any animals. All puppies listed on our platform are owned and raised by independent breeders who have agreed to our standards.

The Role of MyPuppies.co

• We verify breeders before they are listed on our platform
• We provide a platform for breeders to showcase their available puppies
• We facilitate initial connections between buyers and breeders
• We require all listed breeders to offer a Health Guarantee

We do not:

• Guarantee the health, temperament, or condition of any specific puppy
• Handle payments between buyers and breeders
• Act as a party to any transaction between buyer and breeder
• Provide veterinary advice

All transactions, including pricing, payment, pickup, and delivery arrangements, are between you and the breeder directly.

Breeder Verification

We review breeders before listing them on our platform. Our verification process evaluates breeding practices, facility conditions, and commitment to animal welfare. However, verification is based on information provided to us and does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any breeder's ongoing practices.

Health Guarantee

All breeders on MyPuppies.co are required to offer a Health Guarantee that covers congenital and hereditary health issues. The specific terms of the Health Guarantee, including coverage period, conditions, and remedies, are detailed on our Health Guarantee page. The Health Guarantee is an agreement between you and the breeder.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or abuse breeders or other users
• Attempt to circumvent our platform to avoid breeder fees
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our website

Intellectual Property

All content on MyPuppies.co, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Plyntr LLC or our content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MyPuppies.co is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is complete or accurate. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or content of any breeder listed on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plyntr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any transaction with a breeder.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
